All credentialed journalists are to pre-register on-line prior to the VEITHsymposium™. Please  register here.

Public relations agents, publishers, and others must register and pay the required fee to attend VEITHsymposium.
 

WHO CAN ATTEND

TELEVISION/WRITERS/PODCAST/BLOGGERS/INTERNET PUBLICATIONS MUST PROVIDE 

• An identification card/business card with your title and name of media outlet. 
• A letter on official letterhead from a producer of a TV or Radio program certifying that you are covering the
  conference for their respective station.

PRESS POLICY GUIDELINES FOR EXHIBITING COMPANIES
 

• Public relations representatives will not be granted press passes.
• Industry press releases must include the VEITHsymposium boiler plate.  Contact Pauline T. Mayer at 631.807.6335 or  ptm@ptmhcm.com
• All promotional video filming must be routed through the VEITHsymposium Press office. Proof of insurance is required from all videographers.
   

EMBARGO POLICY

Information from any presentation made during the CME portion of the meeting may not be announced,
publicized, or distributed  before the embargo date and time with few exceptions.
